I've had a coach before and it didn't work..
Why do you think coaching is going work for me now?
They're great questions that I get asked all the time, and the answer that I have is..
We have these patterns between zero and seven that are in our unconscious. Those patterns can be the thing that makes us:
- A people pleaser
- Believe money is the root of all evil
- Believe what we deeply believe about things in our unconscious
They are in our unconscious. If they were conscious.. we are smart enough to have done something about it.
So if we are running a rhetoric internally unconscious pattern that money is the root of all evil, then we might have a poor relationship with money and not be able to keep money.
If we're running an internal rhetoric unconscious pattern that we needed to say 'yes' to please people as a child.. and we are a people pleaser now today saying yes to people. Pleasing People in business, then we need a coach.
We need a coach that has the skills and the ability to be able to rewrite these patterns for us. Take out the ones that don't work for us out and replace them with ones that do.
If you've got a pattern inside you, like resilience and 'I can do anything I set my mind to'.. They're great patterns to have and we are going to leave them.
But the unconscious patterns that are debilitating you, the patterns are holding you back, the patterns are stopping you being exactly where you know it's possible for you to be..
They are the ones that we want look at and we want to see if they have been put in there in your imprint period between zero and seven years of age.
