I have over 30 years experience in corporate finance, in large globals and multinational companies and became a high performing financial controller by the young age of 25. Being personally and professional driven by success and the satisfaction of exceeding budgeted profits, KPI's and meeting deadlines. I was often headhunted by other companies as my reputation was well known. Mergers and acquisitions is what drove me into identifying the"Skills gap in human behaviour" when tasked with melding teams together which quickly became a personal development journey instead. With 27 years of marriage, 3 now adult children and 2 young grandchildren I have the unique experience of a High Performing Career coupled with family dynamic. I have the ability to provide insight, knowledge and understanding on both the career performance expectations and family life fronts.
